Through the Ceibal Project, the uruguayan government is planning to give one laptop to every school child in the country.
Unavoidably, it is a controversial project. This non-official blog tries to give up-to-date information about the project in Uruguay and similar projects worldwide, creating spaces for discussion. Everyone is invited.
